Seeing How Clear The Sea Water On Sirandah Island Seeing How Clear The Sea Water On Sirandah Island – This is a trip to Sirandah Island, which is one of the islands located in Bungus District, Teluk Kabung Padang, West Sumatra.  Our trip is done at night starting from the city of Padang to the Sungai Pisang, it takes approximately one hour by motorbike.  The highway that traverses on the way to Sungai Pisang is quite far, not a big road, climbing and descending must be extra careful to pass.  And make sure the condition of the vehicle used is also good so that unwanted things don’t happen.

Arriving at the pier of Sungai Pisang, we boarded a boat to cross to Sirandah Island.  Traveling by boat to Sirandah island takes approximately thirty minutes.  During the trip we can see the appearance of other islands.  But unfortunately the night trip makes the surrounding scenery dark so we can’t see the view clearly.  Arriving at the pier of Sirandah Island, we were greeted with colorful lights that adorn the front of the Sirandah Island at night.

The air here is quite cool, not too cold, even though it is night.  The first time we came we could see the mosque, cafe, gazebo and a place to sit and relax located near the pier of Sirandah Island.  We chose to camp, we immediately looked for the right place to set up a tent around the beach.

Along the seashore, many visitors choose to set up camp here, the white sand coupled with the sound of the waves makes the camping experience more enjoyable. The air is not too cold, we don’t need to wear warm clothes.

The morning has arrived, the view of the sunrise is starting to appear, the blue color of the sea water is starting to appear and the warm weather is starting to feel.  The beautiful view of the sea on Sirandah Island is clearly visible.  Walk along the beach with white sand and clear water, we can find corals and shells of marine animals that have washed up on the beach.  We can also bathe on this beach, but be careful because of the currents and waves the water.

In addition, we can also fishing here.  We can see many visitors fishing for some food.  The sea water is very clear, so  we can see a lot of small fish swimming here.

The facilities on Sirandah Island we can said are completed, there are mosques, cafes, lodges, several gazebos and refill drinking water depots.  For lodging, there are several types provided, and the price is also adjusted according to the type, for the information of how much the lodging rate here depends on the policy of the applicable tour agent or you can contact the available tour and travel agents.  Near Sirandah Island there is a small island called Penyu Island, the island is like a big rock which is shaped like a turtle shell (but i don’t have the picture, sorry).
